Mad Dash is a Gourmet Street Food Quick Service Restaurant established in 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Chef & Owner Corey Jones, took two of his favorites food and brought them into one location. Mad Dash offers Chef-Driven Sandwiches, Tacos, Loaded Fresh Cut Fries, House Made Chips, and more. Utilizing all fresh ingredients and products from local businesses in the Charlotte, North Carolina region. Me and my daughter enjoyed our burgers and homemade fries. It was our very first time eating at the Market on 7th street. Mad Dash did not disappoint. The service and food was great we will definitely eat there again soon!

Best burger I have had in a long time. Would highly recommend supporting this business. Customer service was great as well. Everything came out hot and fresh. No frozen burger or onion rings. Sad that it will be a while until I get back to Charlotte.

While visiting uptown we decided to stop at 7th street market for the variety of food options. I chose Mad Dash and I was impressed. The food was delicious. I ordered a chicken sandwich for me and it was so crispy I even kept the pickles on my sandwich which I typically remove but these were so crunchy I chose to ... keep them on. The inside was perfect on the sandwich just the right amount of juicy. The fries were nice and crispy I had to rub some salt off but other than that they were good.
